Important Information for Your Booking

If a group size reduces to less than four participants, we reserve the right to shorten the number of lessons or cancel the courses. Multiple instructor changes may occur due to flexible organization. We disclaim any liability for accidents that occur during or before ski lessons. Accident and liability insurance is the responsibility of the course participants.

Refunds due to injury are only available with a medical certificate. Only unused days (the difference) will be refunded.

Course cancellations due to weather-related conditions (force majeure) will not be compensated. Courses will take place regardless of weather conditions. The course ticket is non-transferable, and unused course days expire!

These terms and conditions apply to all deliveries and services of the ski school based on online orders via the internet or other online services.

Content of the Online Offer

The ski school (hereinafter referred to as "the Author") makes no guarantee regarding the timeliness, accuracy, completeness, or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the Author relating to material or immaterial damages caused by the use or non-use of the presented information or by the use of incorrect or incomplete information are excluded, provided there is no demonstrable intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Author.

All offers are non-binding. The Author expressly reserves the right to change, supplement, delete parts of the pages or the entire offer without special notice or to temporarily or permanently discontinue publication.

References and Links

For direct or indirect references to external websites ("links") outside the Author's area of responsibility, a liability obligation would only come into effect in cases where the Author has knowledge of illegal content and it would be technically possible and reasonable to prevent the use of such content.

The Author hereby explicitly declares that at the time the link was set, no illegal content was recognizable on the linked pages. The Author has no influence on the current and future design, content, or authorship of the linked pages. Therefore, the Author explicitly distances itself from all content of all linked pages that were changed after the link was set. The copyright for published objects created by the Author remains solely with the Author of the pages. Duplication or use of such graphics, audio documents, video sequences, and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the express consent of the Author.

Booking and Reservations of Courses

The ski course fee does not include the use of lift facilities. The ski school provides no compensation for lesson times missed due to cable car and lift failures.

Cancellation Policy

Course cancellations are not free of charge. If canceled at least 10 days before the start of the course, 80% of the course fee will be refunded. For later cancellations, no course fees will be refunded.

No course fee will be refunded for cable car failures. If a beginner or mini-course cannot take place in our children's beginner area due to poor snow conditions, we reserve the right to move it to another location if possible. Lift tickets and ski equipment are not included in the course price.

In the event of injuries during course time, you will be refunded the remaining course costs upon presentation of a medical certificate. No refunds are available for injuries outside of course times or in cases of illness. Refunds are generally processed within 14 days.

The minimum group size for group courses is four people. If this number is not reached, we reserve the right to reduce the number of lessons or cancel the course and refund the course fees.

We recommend travel cancellation insurance.

Payment

Credit card payments to the ski school are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland ("TREKKSOFT"). TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT. For any inquiries about your credit card payments and chargebacks, please email support(at)payyo.ch.

Jurisdiction, Place of Performance, and Choice of Law

The place of performance is the central location of the ski school's headquarters. The competent court at the ski school’s central headquarters is responsible for any disputes. Austrian law applies. The contract language is German.
